Located on the upper floors of the hotel, Elizabeth Quay Studios offer partial views over Elizabeth Quay, with filtered glimpses of the Swan River through the heritage plane trees. The scenery is best enjoyed from a plush window seat, an ode to the original Esplanade Hotel that once stood on the site. Each air-conditioned 26m² Elizabeth Quay Studio  features a snug and supportive king bed or two twin beds, a 49” Smart TV, safe, and coffee & tea making facilities. Light timber and a neutral colour scheme create a warm and welcoming interior. The modern bathrooms dressed in slate grey tiles have spacious rain showers.
